We retain personal and healthcare information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.
Data is securely deleted or anonymized once no longer needed.
Users may request deletion or anonymization at any time via info@mysmartcharts.com.

• With subprocessors performing services on our behalf.

• With affiliates or business partners supporting operational functions.

• To comply with legal requirements or enforce our Terms.

SMARTCharts primarily stores and processes data in the United States.
If data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards (such as SCCs or equivalent measures) are used to ensure compliance.
